Runchise Webinar Design for Social Media

PLN Icon Plus, a subsidiary of Indonesia’s national electricity company, developed this platform to simplify and modernize the way customers manage their retail internet services. The project aims to give users full control over their subscriptions—allowing them to check billing history, monitor internet usage, upgrade services, and make secure payments through an integrated and user-friendly interface.

The platform was built with a strong emphasis on user experience (UX). From the early design stage, user behavior and pain points were carefully analyzed to ensure the app was intuitive and easy to navigate. Key journeys—such as checking service status, making payments, or submitting upgrade requests—were simplified to minimize friction and enhance user satisfaction. Clear visuals, structured information, and contextual prompts guide users effortlessly through their digital tasks.

In addition to core features, users receive real-time notifications, access exclusive promotions, and get support directly from the app. The platform is responsive and mobile-friendly, designed to be accessible across devices and adaptable to the daily routines of its users. This project represents PLN Icon Plus’s commitment to delivering not just connectivity, but a smart, seamless, and empowering digital experience for all retail internet customers in Indonesia.
